Description Of Work:
Previous house painting job was very poor having been done just to sell the house 5 years ago. Obvious poor preparation resulting in peeling paint, poor adhesion elsewhere, poorly filled cracks,etc. Covered patio ceiling was also poor, paster board falling, tape peeling off, peeling paint, etc. Yard wall had stucco/concrete damage as well. Prepped and painted entire exterior of 3800 sq ft, single floor, 3 car garage home including 2 color stucco, French woodwork around rear windows, garage and service doors, wall around rear log, metal gate, chimney and living room that suffered water damage.

Reviewed 3 quotes of A rated painters. TPC came in lowest cost. Quote was negotiated and very responsive to requested improvements. Job Foreman (Alex) was on time and most professional. He invited me to closely supervise, which I did. I brought items to his attention and he always thanked me for alerting him to it and subsequently fixed it. He really wanted me to be happy with the job and I had the sense he would rather fix it now then come back later (3 year guarantee). He and assistant devoted 3 days in preparation and needed 3 days to complete the painting. I couldn't have been more please with the preparation, Alex exceeded my expectations. The paint job came out beautiful. I did inspect every morning and night, met him in the mornings to show him what I found, and he always addressed it what I found. Communication was great. Cleanup was great. I recommend to anybody!
